DEVilla looks nice,stylish. Quiet neighborhood and great location
Starting with air conditioner breakage that didn’t get fixed up until our second week of stay. First,the staff tried to convince me that it’s working. Then it took around 12 days do finally fix it,so I had to share one room with a friend of mine. We were hoping that the rest of our stay would be nicer. However,at one point we’ve noticed there is a problem with electrical leak which is an emergency by itself. Unfortunately, we only noticed it once we got burned from the water tap while trying to wash the dishes. This issue was handled unprofessionally,but we weren’t surprised at this point. When staff came in,it took them about 40 minutes to call their colleague,who said that he got sick and couldn’t come and it’s the only information we were given,until we refused to let them go without solving this problem. Cleaning service wasn’t very satisfying either. It’s a shame that our three weeks of vacation turned out to be so stressful. Disappointed

DKThe facility is quite clean, new renovated, and spacy. Swimming pool is smaller than you can see it on the picture, but it's enough to cool down. Front yard is green and pleasant for spending time there. Beds are comfortable to sleep.
What I was a little surprised is the front door. It opens in a circular motion, dividing the entrance into two narrow halves. It's quite difficult to squeeze through the opening, even if you're thin. Weird designer decision😊 Reconstruction is at neighborhood, but it was a couple of hours a day, and not so loud.

The pool doesnt get sun, and the kitchen had no microwave.
AUNice quiet location, close to great restaurants/ cafes and yoga/ Pilates studios. Nice new property and very clean. Staff very helpful and responsive
