Dreamstay Avangard - shared Roof Terrace, High speed Wifi 200 Mbps & Gym

The location was good, it was clean. The access to the facility was easy.

The building is located on a big boulevard. Luckily, the room overlooks the backyard so it was not noisy. The room ant bathroom are very small so it would not be comfortable for a longer stay. What I did not like the most was the attitude of the agent handling the reservation. I had to go to a hospital few days before the reservation. The free cancellation was already over so I was advised by Booking to ask the property if they are ok to change the dates. I only asked for a change of two days and they did not agree. The room was free the entire next week. Do not expect any understanding from their side if anything happens so be careful of the cancellation policy you are booking.

Не было кофе, чая, масла для готовки, соли, сахара, в других ваших апартаментах всё это было. Был слабый интернет, невозможно было посмотреть кино. Плита рядом с кроватью. Было бы лучше кровать развернуть в другую сторону, чтобы изголовье было там где телевизор. На полотенцах были волосы.

Vannituba lõhnas ebameeldivalt, pakun et asi oli niiskuses. Kuid kui uks kinni oli siis ei häirinud.

It was clean and the people were nice

Washing machine is not inside the room, it's located in the basement and most of the time it's not available

The stay was very pleasant. It was very easy to get to the apartment. The apartment was pretty clean and very cozy. The location is amazing. I would recommend to anyone.
