Dreamstay Avangard - shared Roof Terrace, High speed Wifi 200 Mbps & Gym

Location. Close to downtown/old town and Kadriorg neighborhood. Although the building is on a busy main street, the studio faces the back and is very quiet. I slept easily with windows open. The room was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable.

You're asked for a €100 security deposit after booking. Hopefully, it's returned within the stated 2 business days after departure. Also, it could use a small microwave 😊

The location is great! The apartment itself is very cute, good wifi, modern building.

The only negative is the small bed which is a bit small for two people. And also no extra blanket.

The property was very dirty as if the cleaning was not properly done. Very small space You need to pay a 100 euro deposit on top to their bank account

No key cards/keys needed to get into the apartment which makes check-in very comfortable. Has most of the necessary appliences for cooking easier meals. Small but nice gym and laundry room.

The room and the bed is very small for 2 people, especially if you are staying longer than few days. Check-in was at 4pm and when we arrived the room had not been cleaned (they did contact us after we already unpacked some of our things and asked us to wait outside for ~30mins for the cleaning). Bathroom door does not lock.
