2 BR lovely flat

My parents stayed at this 2-bedroom flat for one week and were very pleased with the spaciousness, private parking, and excellent communication from the host. The host went above and beyond by regularly checking in to see if they needed anything. The flat was fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from cutlery to toiletries. The location is also great—close to the town centre!

It was warm, clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. It was also central to family we were visiting.

They were flexible to meet us early for check in

They then used to as an excuse for the property not being clean when we gave them feedback privately. The train runs very frequently close to the property, so the sound and vibration will wake you up if you are asleep, nothing was mentioned in the discription, we told them to add it but again another excuse was given. The internet was very slow and disconnetxed regularly, when we told the host, they just said no one else has complained about it! The property is advertised as dog friendly, but the neighbour upstairs really doesn't like dogs and he goes out of his way to let you know that 6am when you take the dogs out by shouting at you (we were warned by the host about it but didn't expect it to be that bad) We did give this feedback to them privately with the hope that they would use it to improve the property, as there are not many options in that area and obviously if they make a bit of effort with it, it can be a fair accomodation. But they just didn't like the feedback and send a very disrespectful response to us and told us we could move out if the property didn't meet out standards!

Nice flat, good location. The shower was nice and powerful. The double bed was comfortable, although a little soft than we normally like, but slept well. It was great to have a car parking space. Nice big TV, some channels it did not pick up, quite a comfortable sofa and good communication with owner.

My auntie slept in the single room and unfortunately did not sleep well as the bed was too hard and small. A lamp would be good in the lounge as the main light is quite bright. There is no bulb in the lamp in the single room. Trains are rather loud as next to the railway line, but to be honest, we soon got used to it.

The flat had everything that my colleague and I needed. Well stocked kitchen, with everything (including a washing machine), that we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, comfortable lounge area and off road parking which is a necessity in the area. The railway ran next to it, but didn't really notice it after the first day.

We were just moving into the country and we decided to stay at this lovely 2 bedroom flat. It was honestly one of the best things we’ve ever done. The host was so generous with her time and helped us a lot with everything we wanted. The flat itself is wonderful, spacious, and very clean, and the area is beautiful! With many parks around and Sutton center around the corner, you are truly well connected. Extra points that it has a car park and pets are allowed, which our dog loved. If you’re coming into london, and considering staying in Sutton, this will definitely be your best option.

Location and parking space. Could benefit from a fan in this heat. The host was accommodating.

Train running at the side. Accommodation was dirty. Very much in need of a professional clean. Moved the bed, and it was very dirty and untouched. Wanted to see if there was a more convenient socket. Yuk. Dust under TV. Strange floors like it had been flooded. Very much in need of tlc. Too much furniture. The lounge needs a side light as the main light is too bright. It is expensive for what it is. No basic condiments. Would recommend getting some new towels.
