Location was great, house was as described, comfy sofa and beds, it was lovely and warm. Plenty of towels and toilet roll.

Needs a few repairs and could do with a fresh paint but nothing that spoilt our stay.

Host was very helpful as I could not get the livingroom television to work and they sent instructions quickly. The beds were comfy. My husband left his cap and host was going to post this to us (they were going to contact when posted-not had update yet).

I had to contact the host to have the key safe code messaged. Thankfully we were late arriving anyway. Host not responding via booking.com, had to mail via messenger. Outside the property sits an abandoned car...flat tyres, lookd like it has sat there for a very long time...not very welcoming. The property is extremely dated and was not clean. Most of the blinds are broken and the curtains are stained and extremely dated. Inside the drawers etc were dirty and the house was generally unclean. The walls are all stained and have water marks running down them. The fridge and cupboards had half used food and drinks in them. The floors as well as the paintwork is all chipped. The house had a really bad smell, I had to open all the windows and go out and buy air freshner. Our plan was to cook food for dinner and breakfast in the house but we went out as did not want to stay there to eat. We only stayed as we had only booked for one night and the children were very excited to be there, otherwise we would have left and booked a hotel. I contacted the host to let them know but I haven't had a response. I did not want to write a bad review as I don't like to do this, however I would hate for other people to book as I did with all the good reviews and find that the place is not quite as advertised..especially if booking for longer periods. Also there was a few electrical safety issues and television in the big room doesn't work and it took a few messages/days to have our £100 safety deposit returned.

Absolutely everything!!!!!!

I loved absolutely everything about it!!! From the decor to the comfort of everything, I loved all the little finishing touches and for me that topped it all off.
