Service was excellent from prompt, courteous and efficient staff. Facilities were good, but it was a disappointment to find the Spa closed for refurbishment..

Long walk to the breakfast restaurant for someone with mobility issues. Room was not cleaned well on all 4 days. Dirty cups and an ice bucket were not collected, just left on the windowsill, and the floor was not vacuumed at all. A hairclip and bits of fluff were lying on the floor in plain sight for the full 4 days !

Very disappointed that I paid for a king room and was placed into a budget double room I came at half 2 to check in, a couple in front of me got checked in the same time and issued a room I had to wait until half 4 to get my room
