The Villa Rose Hotel & V-Spa

Clean . The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant

Not in a brilliant location for view etc but the spa and hotel and the massive comfy bed makes up for it.

The staff were all great. The restaurant was excellent and there was a lot on the menu to choose from.

The were pigeons on the roof of adjacent buildings which were very noisy.

The staff where fantastic, went above for me and my sister and it made our stay at the hotel fantastic

Walk to the room was a little far

The long walk to room I was in 261but my mobility is good 👍

The customer service was exceptional, the furnishing and decor magnificent, the food was top star and location surrounded by beauty. We highly recommend this hotel to all wanting a wonderful stay in Ballybofey.

Elevator very slow.

Access to the hotel from the Main Street. Way confusing

Service was excellent from prompt, courteous and efficient staff. Facilities were good, but it was a disappointment to find the Spa closed for refurbishment..

Long walk to the breakfast restaurant for someone with mobility issues. Room was not cleaned well on all 4 days. Dirty cups and an ice bucket were not collected, just left on the windowsill, and the floor was not vacuumed at all. A hairclip and bits of fluff were lying on the floor in plain sight for the full 4 days !
