Lage ist sehr gut. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig. Große und gut ausgestattete Küche. Personal sehr hilfsbereit

Leider nur eine Dusche /Badewanne für 6 Leute. Im Appartment keine Heizung vorhanden, deshalb sehr frisch in den Räumen.

Cama confortável, cobertas quentes, chuveiro e torneira da pia quente. Preparam o café da manhã pra levar pros passeios quando eles saem muito cedo, o que é comum. Guardaram as nossas malas enquanto fizemos machupicchu e também respondem rápido no WhatsApp.

Quarto tem infiltrações ou mofos que poderiam ser melhores cuidados, não sei se isso se deve ao clima da região.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável, bem decorado e equipado, bastante aconchegante. Com várias funcionalidades, incluindo secador de cabelo. Camas confortáveis. Dá para perceber que a hospedagem cuida do bem estar dos hóspedes. Banho muito bom e quente, o melhor banho da viagem. Foram muito gentis e prestativos pois nosso vôo era tarde da noite e mesmo após o check out nos permitiram permanecer em um quarto até a hora de saída para o aeroporto.

O único ponto que poderia melhorar é a organização em relação ao café da manhã. No dia em que iríamos tomar café da manhã haviam nos perguntado sobre o horário mas o atendente não estava no horário marcado, e tivemos que aguardar. Pode ter sido uma questão pontual do atendente.

La cama comoda

La habitación asignada esta en un lamentable estado debido a la humedad, ver fotos. El desayuno siempre es lo mismo y muy regular sin proteinas. Nos dejaron un día sin agua caliente. Difícil acceso en auto por lo que los Tours y taxis no te recogen.
