Personal was very nice and helpful. They took care of everything.

We booked this at the last minute because our original hotel had some water issues and our room wasn’t available anymore so we don’t have very high expectations. The positives were the location and the fact that it was quite calm. Otherwise, I don’t think our room had been cleaned in a long long time. The floor was really dirty and there were ants crawling everywhere. We also only got one towel for two people and when I tried asking for another one (by using google translate as the hotel manager didn’t speak English) she just answered something in Vietnamese… we never got that second towel. When we didn’t have enough toilet paper for three days I didn’t even bother we just bought tissues. The remote for the AC didn’t work so we were just stuck on having it at 25C etc etc

The location is ideal, close to major attractions in the island
