Condo 1 Palm Tree Across NAIA T3

✅ localisation, guards at the entrance, early check-in ❌ cockroach’s, very old commodities, mold, broken door handle for the door on the balcony, shower so small if you have a normal body it’s a real struggle to close the door, hairs on the bed, I don’t know if the sheets were clean because I woke up with a rash on my face and it’s not going away -thank you for ruining my skin really .. (see picture, it was right after my nap, then it got worst with the night and it goes down in my neck), you can have one roll of toilet paper and that’s it, you fell like you bother the people working there

Close to the airport across pedestrian overpass from Terminal 3. Restaurants and shops nearby.

1st time I stayed there I had a unit up on the seventh floor overlooking the pool. This time I was on the second floor overlooking a parking entrance sign I and a wardrobe was blocking access for me to open the window… so enjoyed my first stay more.

Its location is a walking distance from NAIA T3

The owner/manager did not send me message on the exact location of the unit.

Loved the area conveniently close to Terminal 3 and the skyway… plenty of places to eat in the vicinity… easy to catch a jeepney or Tuk Tuk and get to the LRT for a visit to Intramuros and the city core… After a long plane ride a great place to rest before domestic travel within the Philippines

I had a comfortable stay nothing to complain about.

the aircon is a disaster, a loud screaming machine. The shower box so small could barely move in it, not cling the shower door leaving the entire bathroom wet. The internet a disaster, it works only part of the time. This location could be OK for one night stay, not for 8 nights what we did when these complains are not addressed by the owner of the condo. The bed was good though. And the people working there are nice,

floor oily ， got cockcoach ， bathroom no water heater，host dont have pay wifi bill ， its mean that room dont have wifi .
