Location - close proximity meaning walking distance from the airport

It was stinky , towels and bed sheets were dirty, there were no amenities like at least a bottle of water or some hand soap , body soap etc.

Room is within 15min walking distance to Terminal 3 departures. The wifi was good

Poor organization. On day of checking in I was informed that due to problem with AC, my room had been changed to another nearby location, due to a deficient AC in the flat initially reserved for me. this however added 5 min walk to me trailing my heavy luggage behind me. However when I arrived at the new location and asked the guard at the gate they had no info on my booking or whom to contact, so I contacted the local number provided. They then arranged someone to meet me with the key, but that person had to come from the other location so i waited outside (fortunately it was not raining) for another 10 minutes. When I came into the flat, i found the furniture and bedding quite old looking and not so clean. When I further examined the bedsheets more closely i found an oil stain in the bottom sheet, so I had to call the management to change the bedsheets, which they reluctantly agreed to. Instructions on how to get the hot water working should also be provided. With so much hassle, next time i will opt for a real hotel with proper checking in, even if it means taking a taxi to get there.

The staff especially the front desk and the guards.

The aircon was not working

Very close to the sky walkway to Terminal 3. That was very convienent. Very nice dinner and breakfast at Belmont Hotel. 3 min walk and next to the sky walkway elevator entrance. I would stay here again for the location.

Clean, great location, accessible has lift and secured. Walking distance to the airport.
