Beautiful building, lovely decor.

Nothing!

There are soooo many things we loved but most of all it was the hospitality. Claire and Gene were the bestest of hosts. It was like visiting family. I was personally in love with the decor. Gorgeous rooms, with beautiful designs. Grand like being back in Victorian times. The little touches like the mounted bar soup in the bathroom, suitcase with brushes on the landing and stunning ceiling dressing gave me many ideas for my own home. Breakfasts were great. Claire really knows her stuff when it comes to delivering scrumptious meals....and their vegetarian/vegan, which was an awesome change from our usual weekend fry ups. We are definitely stay at Jesmond House again and have already told so many friends/family.

Having to go back home. I really wished we could have spent more time with Claire and Gene, they were fabulous.

A wonderful welcome awaited us , and then shown to lovely big and very clean warm room , shower one the best and everything in room and house was superb , The hosts were very welcoming adding we could use the breakfast room if peckish anytime and the breakfast was really nice and plenty other things available Would certainly go back if in the area again and go for nice walk 😊 Many thanks for really nice 2 nights x

Everything was perfect to be honest

Everything. The b&b is absolutely beautiful The bed is *possibly* the best bed I've ever slept in. The property is clean and the hosts so welcoming and helpful!!! I will absolutely be coming back again :)

The weather. There are NO FAULTS WITH THIS PROPERTY!

Clare and Gene were very welcoming during our stay. The B & B is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The bed and room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling, coffee, tea and biscuits were available in the breakfast room all day. I would definitely stay here again.

A superb and original arts and crafts house with spacious and comfortable bedroom. Claire is such a warm and welcoming host, and nothing is a problem. Off road parking and easy access to centre means you can just park a car up and not think about it until you leave.

The house is a wonderful Arts & Crafts design, with most of its original features, and updated in keeping with the period. Clare was very welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay.

The couple who run it were absolutely fantastic hosts. Made us feel very welcome from the start. It was like stepping into old McDonalds farm. Would definitely recommend it. And would definitely be back.
