MY1. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and well-maintained. 2. Strategic location – easy to get around and close to key amenities. 3. Check-in/check-out process was smooth. Registration at the guard house was convenient and hassle-free. 4. Appreciated the provision of extra beds and pillows, even though we didn’t use them
1. No drinking water provided – a Coway dispenser or at least 2 bottles of water would be appreciated. 2. No door mat was available, 3. Lack of a mirror in the room, which is essential for guests. 4. No toiletries provided – this should be clearly stated in the listing so guests can come prepared.

MYEasy communication with Eason. Very responsive over WA and accommodating. Designated parking.
Something to improve on: 1) no toilet paper in the other room. 2) no body shampoo although it has two dispensers (hair and body shampoo. 3) The apartment looks new, but looks very old like defects such as leakages patch.
