MYIt was clean and okay.
We were stuck outside the door because the door lock ran out of battery. We had to wait for around half an hour - an hour to get inside the house and it was raining heavily that time. When it’s raining, the corridor outside the house would be very wet. We stood outside the door and the rain water kept coming in. Bad experience. The owner should have checked the door lock and make sure it’s still functioning. No apologies from the owner, no nothing. I am not even sure that the person in charge is the owner. He was often unresponsive to my message and didn’t even pick up my phone call when I was calling him to solve the door lock problem. If you do encounter any problems during your stay, I would say good luck to you. This house doesn’t have WiFi. Maybe I overlooked it when I booked it. Just writing this out for others to know. However, when I was booking I double check and it showed it had Iron and hairdryer available. Didn’t see both of them when I was staying in the house.
MYMYGreat location, situated near city centre, unit is very new on a just completed apartment bulding. Just need 5 minutes drive to have best chicken rice in Ipoh, Lou Wong, Onn Kee or Cowen Street chicken rice.
Host is a little slow in responding. Didn't communicate at all after I made booking, left a message 1 day before and only promise to provide check-in infomation at 2pm on the day of check in. Didn't receive anything until we arrived at guardhouse at 6pm, only the host scrambled to send unit number and electrnic lock password.

Cleanliness - need proper cleaning. Lucky have broom & mop Ideal to have wifi Neflix
MYSpacious 2 bedroom apartment with swimming pool, designated covered car park and using keypad lock with password. Everything is still new.
There is NO Wifi. And we had to ask for the towels. Location-wise it's a new area and there are no shops nearby.
MYEasy and hassle-free. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
