The property was a really good size for 6 of us, the beds very comfortable, balconies, well equipped and central with coffee shops and bars close by. Francesco was very helpful, fixing a couple of small issues straight away and recommended a lovely restaurant. We all had a great time.

The shower is the small bathroom was not very powerful, only thing my friends commented on, for washing hair.

Very spacious and a great thoughtful set up. Comfortable and modern for a group of 4, great leather couches. Terrific for all of us.

The bar in the street directly below was a real problem for the two bedrooms on the street side. It was noisy until 1.30/2am both nights unfortunately. There was also a lot of yelling in the street at 3am one night. The bedrooms not on that street were quiet.

Checking in was easy, Francesco and Michaela met us at the apartment. They showed us around and explained how everything worked. We had a wonderful stay - it exceeded our expectations! More spacious than the photos show, it had everything the five of us needed for our four night stay. The two balconies were great for morning / evening drinks. It's on a residential street which has a few bars and shops, and only ten minutes or so away from the main sights. Francesco recommended a couple of restaurants nearby, both of which we enjoyed. Book this apartment if you can!

Perfect stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and huge. Tastefully decorated and furnished, it was a great place to return to after a day of sightseeing. Our hosts were very kind and thought of small touches that made our stay extra special. The location was a short 15 minutes from the middle of town and there were plenty of places to see right around the apartment. The train station was also a easy 15 minutes away so it was a great base for exploring nearby towns. Will definitely rebook next time we are in Bologna.

Nothing really. The apartment is on a lively residencial street with a couple of bars and restaurants. Light sleepers might want to sleep in the back bedroom but, for a weekend, it wasn't really all that noisy.

The hosts were very sympathique and they wellcomed us at the apertement. Explained us everthing clearly. Very clean and well organized for the guests. Location was also very good, easy to access to main places and too many restaurants around...

The six of us (including two young grandchildren) loved this apartment! It is even more spacious than the photos show and the kids used ALL of the floor space and big table for games and art projects! Perfect for our family and we appreciated the food and treats, the two giant couches, well-equipped kitchen including tea kettle and mugs, good wifi, and the uncluttered yet friendly style of the apartment. Great neighborhood with restaurants. Trouble-free.
