"Fantastic stay in Bologna!"

Everything was great! The Host was waiting for us in the middle of the night. The apartment is really big. Six men had no problem to share the place with themselves. Two bathrooms are good idea. Coffee, tea, juices and cookies. Thank you! The location is very good. Near railway station, near bus station and of course near historical center. I highly recommend!

Location

There is a bar on the street below the apartment that got loud at times. But you are in the city with city noises. Would not stop me from staying there again.

Large and spotless apartment. Comfortable beds. Francesco and Michaela are the most polite host I've ever met. Thank you for the confidence!

Two of the bedrooms are facing the street. It won't be a problem if there wasn't a bar just next door. The noise has continued till the very early hours after midnight.

"So comfortable!!! Great hosts!!!"

The apartment was huge! Multiple fans kept the apartment cool and filled with fresh air even without air conditioning. Temperature reach nearly 90F/30C and we were very comfortable. Great beds! Large dining room and living room with TV. Great for family time! Hosts were outstanding. Gave us all the comforts of home including snacks, juice, coffee. Super attentive to all of our needs and extremely responsive to any inquiries.

The location was very near the university but about a 15 minute walk from the central square. We would have preferred to be a little closer but it would not stop us from staying there again. The comforts are worth the little bit extra walk.

Very nice apartment close to everything. Spacious and well equipped. Extremely nice and helpful hosts.

The bar in the street just below two of the bedrooms is apparently very popular. Some noise during late evening/nights. The other two bedrooms are very quiet.

"Perfect stay in Bologna"

Location is perfect for the fair, and it closes to everything, shopping and food. Very spacious, good hot shower and clean.
