Royal Garden - 2 bedroom

The property was perfect everything we needed. Perfect for our family (2 adults 4 children) the location is by the sea which is such a nice view, plenty to do and see around the apartment, pool area great not too busy.

No air con but provided with fans which were actually fine

Location was perfect, pool was as great. No problem getting a sunbed anytime of the day which is rare!

No Air Con so was difficult to sleep at night

Great location and a really nice complex. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed except air conditioning.

No air conditioning and its really needed in summer months.

Location was good, apartment was nice overall and nice and cool downstairs. We were able to check in early and leave a little later.

The beds were very soft, a noisy dusty fan only, which made it difficult to sleep in the heat. The balcony was dirty with cracks in the walls, which was a shame as would have taken an hour to make very nice. The main reason for my bad review is that the apartment next door but one, was undergoing a complete renovation, so had to listen to hammering and banging from 9am. The walls were being drilled into etc. When I complained originally to the manager they offered a new apartment or compensation. He then offered a smaller apartment with a sofa bed which I’d seen at half the price beforehand. I didn’t want it, as we needed a separate room and had paid £500 extra for the privilege. The manager said he was unable to offer any compensation as the works were within the law, even though they weren’t within the terms of the apartment rules by working at weekends. He spoke over the top of me and said I didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked if he’d be happy paying £2000 for a holiday listening to that and said he couldn’t do anything about it. Whilst I realise he couldn’t prevent the works, he had offered compensation and then refused. If you stay here, there are no guarantees of the other apartment owners doing the same and you certainly won’t get help or compensation if it does.

Perfect location! One of the best places in Tenerife pool was warm and child friendly, everyone was so polite and welcoming. Apartment had an absolutely spectacular view! Washing machine was a great plus being on holiday with four children, apartment was spotless! Will definitely be returning! Small bar by pool was great for drinks and snacks, steak restaurant at entrance of apartment complex was outstanding!

The elevators in the building are very slow.

It was a lovely stay. Clean, well maintained and good location.

I have to agree with other reviews regarding the mattress on the beds. They are quite uncomfortable. I would recommend the owners get new ones. Also the stairs to get to the rooms are very steep.
