Big and spacious

The beds wasn’t very good quality just cheap beds not very comfortable only one pillow each and they are well worn it could of done with sun lounges on the balcony but other than that it’s fine

Location great. Apartment well equipped.

Stairs too steep. No flexibility on check in or check out.

Ilya was very quick to respond to messages even though it was the middle of the night when we arrived. We liked the apartment/kitchen facilities eg washing machine that is not normally provided.

No air conditioning but we got by with the fans provided.

Great location, swiming area very nice, washing machine and a full kitchen, perfect for a family of 6-7 person. Bonus point given to the landlord for giving us a late checkout. One of our children had to stay at the hospital for two nights so we weren't ready for a morning check out 🙏

Great location and good size

The location is amazing, you can walk to los Cristianos port along the beach about 25min walk or the opposite direction to playa las Americans bars and clubs 20mins walk. Host is great and helpful, rooms are clean and tidy, showers are nice hot and powerful. Shops just below the apartment for your food drinks and snacks. Pool quiet and friendly and not too cold. Definitely stay here again

If I had to complain about anything it would be the sloped ceilings upstairs, being 6ft 3 were some close calls. If you are not mobile the stairs are steep.
