Rezervējot nakstmītni iedeva nummuru uz kuru zvanīt. Zvanījām vairākas reizes un neviens necēla. Stāvējām lietū un gaidījām. Gandrīz iegājām iekšā pie naktsmītnes kaimiņiem, jo galīgi nav skaidrs kur ir pašas naktsmītnes ieeja. Meklējot kur doties iegājām dziļāk tumšajā paglamā un tur par laimi satikām dāmu kas mūs ielaida iekšā naktsmītnē. Pats dzīvoklis bija diezgan netīrs un neatbilda fotogrāfijām. Dušā pelējums un grūti dabūt lai tek silts ūdens, salauzta gulta un citas mēbeles. Gulēt diviem neiespējami, bet viens varbūt var pa vidu nobalansēt, jo abās malās ir salauzti guktas dēļi. Ļoti plānas sienas, var dzirdēt visu, kas notiek gaitenī un pie kaimiņiem. Dzīvoklī ļoti auksti un nebija kur pakarināt virsdrēbes.

Review: Our experience at this place was very unpleasant. The bed was broken and uncomfortable, and there was only cold water in the shower. The room was dirty and overall felt very neglected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an intoxicated Russian woman, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. To reach the room, we had to walk through a yard full of potholes — it really didn’t feel like guests were expected there. I definitely do not recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for something clean, comfortable, and safe.

We stayed in the apartament for one night and agreed prior with the host that we can stay the next next till 4 pm in the apartment as (he claimed) there was no booking for that day. He just asked us to give a cleaning lady a small gift for coming up later. Around 11am the cleaning lady came surprised by seeing us in the apartament, clearly the host didn’t give her a notice. It wasn’t easy to communicate with the lady as she didn’t speak English but we informed her about the agreement with the host. She came back at 1.30 pm saying that we need to pay for two nights, than half of the pay. When the host first said about a little gift, we were more thinking about 10-15 euros, not the whole pay for the night. We were treat in a very bad way! We work remotely, and we planned our day according to the agreement between us and the host, that we can stay longer. After contacting with the host, he only wrote back that we need to leave the apartment immediatly. We answered that the whole situation was very rude and stressful because of our work schedule but he didn’t reply. In addition, the matrace was dirty and there were no hot water during the whole stay. Want to point out that we travel a lot and we didn’t experienced such a situation before.

The house and territory is under construction. The apartment was the same as in pictures, but not well mainatined. Everithing was and felt very cheap. Some forniture was broken. I was let in by some construction person. Corridor to the apartment was filled with spare staff, old TV, some clothes and other things. Overall - you can spend time here, but the feeling and vibe is very cheap and sketchy.
