"Exceptional"

Spacious, convenient apartment. Clean and nicely decorated.It has even balcony, but not ready yet. The street nearby is quiet. Good price. All in all I recommend this place.

You can hear neighbours if they are louder.It is hard to close door to the room, so not possible to do it quietly. There are small inconveniences which may be important for some people, so I'm leaving it in comments: main gate is heavy to open. The property is being renovated, but room is freshly done and neat. It is far from old town, but it is easy to get there by public transport.
