Bru Bar & Hostel

在决定出发的前一天订了Bru Bar，庆幸还有一个床位！抵达Cork Station后步行6分钟左右就到了。前台员工很热情、在前台我分到了一个下层的床但我到房间后发现那个床位已经有人。但我没意见，我挺喜欢上层的床位。 我的房间也有独立的厕所 这间青旅我最喜欢就是他们的厨房。非常地宽敞、有很多位置提供 甚至厨房有一些免费的调味料（牛奶！） 除了房间能听到窗外的声音，室友们退房时房间的动静。剩下我觉得非常好👍🏻我入住当晚酒吧甚至有Live show、早餐有简易的面包咖啡牛奶麦片

Location

I paid for a room with two bunk beds. When I arrived at the hostel, I was given a different room, and it only had one bunk bed instead of the two that were clearly shown and described in the listing. When I pointed this out to the woman at reception, I was not given the room I had paid for. She said that since there were only two of us, we could fit into one bunk bed. Communication was very difficult, even after I showed her the room I had booked in the app along with the photos, proving that it was a completely different room. The description clearly stated that the room had two bunk beds, but I still couldn't get a refund, even though the room I was given was a cheaper option at the time of booking. This is misleading and feels like false advertising. Customers should receive the room they paid for, not a different and cheaper one.
