We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of January, family with 2 children. The apartment is modern, spacious, has everything you need. The children really liked the large terrace. Also a great advantage is the private underground parking. If you want more peace and quiet and not the hustle of areas like Los Cristianos, this is the right choice. Palm-Mar also has a beautiful promenade and a gorgeous sunset. By car you can easily reach any area in the south of the island in a few minutes. Overall, a perfect apartment. Totally recommend.

Great place to stay, quiet location. Well kept pool and grounds. Rooms were comfortable, Air con was a dream. Definitely recommend

La struttura è fantastica e la zona piscina è ben tenuta e perfetta per rilassarsi in assoluta tranquillità. L'appartamento è come lo si vede in foto, spazioso e completo di tutto. Palm Mar è ad appena 15 minuti da Los Cristianos e dal Siam Park, quindi in posizione strategica senza però gli stress di queste zone in termini di caos, ricerca di parcheggio e via discorrendo. Comunicazione perfetta e assoluta disponibilità da parte degli host. Consigliatissimo!

Positives The property was clean and looked as listed. The host were very responsive and helpful. The facilities were great and the proximity to a small minimart and restaurants was good. Short drive from Costa Adeje. Property safety was great and felt secure. Neighbours were not noisy and the place was quiet and relaxed. Negatives - The kids beds mattresses were a bit worn - 1 of the bathrooms showers had very slow drainage or the drain was blocked - this led to our kids to creating a small flood after day at the beach. - overall the property was as described and was in a good location. Highly recommend.

A bit of noise from the road from the bedrooms in the morning, but not that much of an issue overnight. Miscommunication between myself and the host but I think that was me and managed to resolve it and the flexibility to check out later was welcomed. The shower overflowing due to a blocked/slow drain but was still usable.
