Lits inconfortables Oreillers inconfortables Salon inconfortable Piscine dommage belle mais avec plusieurs carreau endommagé Check out à 10h du matin inadmissible sachant que avec 3 enfants en bas âge nous avons demander de sortir au moins a 11h la proprio n’a pas accepté et l’équipe de nettoyage est arrivée 10 mn avant l’heure

Szinte minden téren jobb volt a szállás, mint amire számítottunk: - rugalmasság: ott maradhattunk a medencénél a későbbi repülő indulás miatt - elérhető volt a kapcsolattartó és nagyon segítőkész - medence tökéletes, tiszta és jó nagy, nem zsúfolt egyáltalán - konyha/apartman jól felszerelt. - séta közelségben van bolt, pizzéria, hamburgeres.

Wifi nem volt sajnos a legerősebb, még a netflix is néha lekapcsolt róla. Esetleg egy fakanállal lehetne a konyhát bővíteni. :)

L'appartement spacieux propre et bien agencé. Une grande télé connectée, 2 salles de bain, 2 terrasses, 2 chambres, la grande cuisine où on peut réellement faire à manger et frigo congélateur pour faire des courses pour plusieurs jours... Machine à laver, lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière et bouilloire... Bref tout y est, même un aspirateur... Personnel accueillant et sans aucun soucis de confiance... Bien loin des états des lieux français. On a vraiment l'impression d'être traité à sa juste valeur. Résidence calme pour se reposer et enfin la super grande piscine où tout le monde peut profiter sans jamais être les uns sur les autres. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure prévue par le contrat de location puis répartis avant celui de départ prévu également... et bien un message WhatsApp et tout s'est arrangé... franchement bravo Bart, Iwona et Sandra... À recommander...

Juste un petit détail, pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour éviter de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle tous les jours en ne mangeant que les soirs à l'appartement !

El Palm Mar is a nice quiet place to stay with a family. Apartment complex is amazing, the 85m pool was not heated in the mid May but we went swimming every morning anyway. The water was almost 23, wheather 24-26, so pool was rereshing. Keep in mind that the pool is surrounded by several buildings and they are not connected so this causes wind around the pool. There is a supermarket and restaurant just 5 min walk, tasty pizza, smoothies and Spritz. The Siam park and Mall is only 10 min by car. So very convienent. If you rent a car you can easily reach every spot - Teide, Puerto de la Cruz and others. Take a walk ~15min to the beach bar and walk through the promenade. The view is amazing there! But there are bigger stones in the beach not a sand. The hosts where very helpful. There was a welcome pack left on our arrival - beer, wine, water, some fruit. Also some Nespresso capsules, diswasher and washing machine capsules. Netflix was available, wifi was fine. They had even some coloring book and pencils for smaller kids. We felt like at home. Two terraces are ok, but we used only one as one faces the pool but it is really windy on that side of the building.

The apartment is big, we were four - 2 adults and 2 kids 8 and 13 years old. They had their bedroom with 2 beds but the room was tiny, so the beds where really close. One bed had a sharp corner and was standing almost on the entrance to the room so our legs were hurt everytime we passed by. Also there are two bathrooms. One has a classic door and the other has a glass wall/door. This one is in the bedroom and near the bed. So when someone sleeps and you need to go to bathroom you have to go there in the dark. Otherwise, when you switch on the lights all the bathroom goes bright and you wake up. The small dim night lamp in the bathroom might be a solution.

Omg I must say this exceeded all my expectations. This place was a peaceful haven for me and family. Perfect location sunsets mountain hikes views restaurants supermarkets it had it all. It looked exactly like pictures and even more beautiful in real life. I wish I could have stayed another week lol wasn’t ready to go but work calls lol. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again . ❤️😇

Super Hosts great Facilities, was able to do some work as the WIFI was superb

The apartment is even better than the pictures! Great place to chill and recharge your batteries. Would definitely recommend!
