"A really nice experience"

The bed was quite comfortable. The air con worked well. Breakfast was pretty good too. It's nice and quiet in the area. Even with my door really close to the front lobby I didn't hear too much from outside. There was a good shower with great hot water and a divider/curtain (which is quite a luxury in SE Asia). Shower gel and shampoo provided. Nice and clean too. The room was also spacious (though it is a 3 person room technically). The staff were also friendly and helpful.

(Trying to find things to nit pick) There were some difficulties in conversing with the staff (due to language barriers), but it wasn't a big deal really. Also I don't expect perfect English at all. I'm the visitor in this country (I should be learning Sinhala ffs). We still got the point across in every conversation. The location also doesn't have too much around it and its a bit of a walk around the lake to get to central Kandy, restaurants and cafes (but a short tuk tuk ride and quite scenic). That's probably why it gets a 9 and not a 10 (actually I've gone and changed it to a 10 now haha). Also the door lock was a pain in the arse the first few times (but I'm also an idiot so it was most likely my own stupidity).

Nice peaceful location away from all the bustle. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly towards our kids. Going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Simple breakfast was a bonus.

La habitación muy limpia y las camas cómodas, la pareja que llevaba el alojamiento era muy amables. De todos los alojamientos que estuve en Sri Lanka es el mejor en el que estuve. Cerca del centro caminando 15 min

El hotel cierra a las 23:00 las puertas y es un poco difícil poder llegar a la hora que quieras o fumar en la terraza de afuera hasta tarde

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Steckdosen sind lose. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte dies wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden
