Cozy Nest Kandy Villa

Communication facile pour toutes questions via booking avec des détails. Le personnel en général est sympas. Nous avons pu avoir le city tour inclus dans le prix.

Nous avons logé dans cette hôtel deux nuit, et le deuxième jour, nous avons découvert des punaises de lit dans les draps. Nous avons tout de suite alerté le gardien qui a notre demande nous a changé de chambre. Le propriétaire nous a d’abord posé quelques questions avant de nous croire.. Il a gentiment proposé de nous laver les habits, mais nous avions déjà effectué le check Out, pas d’excuse pour le moment.. Nous savons que le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix, mais n’était pas du tout à notre goût .. nous avons d’ailleurs refusé de le prendre le lendemain. Le propriétaire va faire son nécessaire pour les exterminer..

La estancia ha sido excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. La amabilidad del señor que nos atendió fue de 10, siempre atento y con una gran sonrisa. El desayuno muy bueno y variado: tostadas, tortilla, mermelada, fruta, zumo y café con leche. La relación calidad-precio supera las expectativas. La ubicación perfecta, alejada del ajetreo del centro pero a menos de 10 minutos a pie. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que volvería sin pensarlo.

The location is really good, its just past the Kandy Lake. Breakfast - Loved it! Even though its just a continental breakfast it was really fresh and was prepared really well. You can see the care they put into it and its presentation. Wi-Fi was also great.

Wish the hot water shower worked well and the TV was fixed.

There is no appreciation about this property, the food is very less in quantity.

Very kind and caring staff. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the hotel. The rooms and overall the hotel was very clean and also the beds/pillows were really comfortable. The most amazing part for me was the breakfest with eggs, sausages, fresh fruits, avocados, toasts, etc. 10/10, would absolutely recommend it.

Der Host war super hilfsbereit auch wenn es manchmal kleine verständigungsprobleme gab, war er immer zuvorkommend. Richtig gut fanden ich es, dass es Trinkwasser (Flaschenwasser) for free gab.

Leider ist die Unterkunft in einer dunkleren Seitenstraße. Ich habe mich in Kandy zwar nie unsicher gefühlt aber ein mulmiges Gefühl bleibt trotzdem.
