The landlord will only let people from far stay and will use any excuse for u not to stay mine was ur id don’t look legit was shown other documents still no so if u need a trustworthy place to stay STAY AWAY AS being chasing for a refund for 3 weeks and booking .com will say it’s between u and landlord which is no good as its done on their site under thier noses

Very nice large property, reasonably priced. Host was very good at accommodating our arrival times. Parking on site.

No smoke alarms in the property, some of the radiators dont work, didn't say in advance that the lead booker must be over 21 years old.

This property looks decent in the pictures, its not in a great location. Which you wouldnt know unless you knew the area. The sofa was broken, the white covers on the chairs looked like they hadnt been washed for months. Handles for kitchen all broken. It looks like its still being renovated. Upon arrival we were told a previous booking had broken the bed, and they had to lock the door. So instead of a 4 bed house, it was now only a 3 bed. Property advertises towels, however none provided.

The house is spacious and quite clean.

The host do not provide towels, although they are mentioned in the description of the property. Amenities were not provided either.
