CertainlOur family had a great time at this accommodation. I recommend it for those who want a quiet vacation rather than the complexity of a large resort. This accommodation had enough space for our family of five, and we had a great time in the private pool. We would like to express our gratitude to Chloe, the property manager. She constantly worked hard to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, from arranging cleaning services at accommodation. Also booking activities, arranging transportation for airport pickups and drop-offs, and more. Highly recommend it.

The villa is exceptional. It is spacious with 3 double ensuite bedrooms. The pool is a good size. Our host was amazing, very welcoming and she brought us the occasional gift of fruit etc. We were treated to a very special lunch for Tet which was a wonderful. The villa is in a quiet area close to the beach and local shops etc. We hired a scooter to get around on and it is a short Grab ride into Hoi An centre.

Hola Villa 1 has everything you need for a restful and calm base in Hội An - it’s only a short walk from Cửa Đại Beach, minimarts, several restaurants and a short Grab ride to the Old Town. 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 1 with 3 singles. 3 bathrooms. Pool (a bit cold in January). Kitchen, dining and lounge. The manager, Vicky, is fantastic and knows all the good places in Hội An. The communication with Vicky was 10/10. The cleaners were cheerful and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Hola Villa 1 is a bit out of town and you’ll need a Grab ride to go to most places. The cows and buffalo roaming the neighbourhood won’t really cause you any grief.

The manager was extremely friendly and helped us whenever we needed help. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The pool and the facilities in general were just great. We will definitely book this place again. There were supermarkets and nice local restaurants within walking distance.

Everything. Hola 1 villa was a brilliant stay. Wyn and num (the housekeepers could not do enough for us.they where excellent company. They organised cars from villa to hoi an. And return to da nang at reasonable prices. Cooked our breakfast. The villa was well maintained with a regularly cleaned pool.its just a shame we only booked two nights.

The house was as described - modern, spacious, comfortable, close to all local amenities. It felt like a home away from home.

our host Quynh was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. She organised food, tours, transport to Hoi An and airport. The property has big comfortable beds with beautiful pillows and ensuites. I reckon the best rooms, showers and beds in our whole trip. Used pool everyday. Quynh also cooked breakfast everyday. Loved her Cao Lau noodles

Excellent tasteful fittings, well designed, spacious and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area lovely. Terrific breakfasts, good selection and cooked on site at time requested. Staff friendly and helpful with special drinks when one of our party was unwell

It would have been helpful if keys were colour coded to doors and a safe provided.
