Gute Lage, Lobby schien eingerichtet.

Handtücher nur bei Nachfrage, keine Handtuchhalter oder Badeteppich, kein Tisch, Ablage für Gepäck sehr begrenzt, etc. von einem angeblichen 3 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

La limpieza, solo entran a hacer la cama, se les olvida poner toallas y luego van a tocar cuando uno está dormido para dejarlas. el internet está fantástico en la recepción, pero no llega al cuarto. Falso eso del internet gratis. Las habitaciones (al menos la mia) no tenía escritorio ni silla, entonces tuve que trabajar en la cama y terminé con terribles dolores de espalda y no pude trabajar más. No sirve para viajes de trabajo. ¿Eres un mochilero? Este es tu destino.

Me hicieron 4 cobros a mi tarjeta, no se hicieron responsables.

La habitación me gustó en general y fue positivo que nos recibieran y nos dieran acceso a pesar de haber solicitado el cuarto a medianoche y a última hora. El personal de la noche fue muy amable y atento durante el proceso de llegada.

La cobija tenía pelos, lo cual fue desagradable, aunque no la usamos y tampoco lo reportamos porque ya teníamos sueño. La estancia fue muy breve, pero se notó ruido de la calle y también se escuchaban las personas hablar, lo que podría resultar molesto para quien busque descansar plenamente.

Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding was old, dirty, and covered in hair. The floors were also dirty. To make matters worse, the window had a dirty sheet being used as a curtain, which gave the room a neglected and unprofessional appearance. The service was terrible, and the woman at the front desk was not helpful at all when we raised our concerns. We asked for a refund because of the poor conditions, but nothing was done. Overall, this was a horrible stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
