The condo was not clean... dish were put away dirty. The bed and pillows were not comfortable to me. Now, with that being said, the view more than made up for any issues we had.

Ocean view. Good restaurant and mini-mart grocery store on-site.

Pool area was too close to the air conditioning fans for the whole hotel, which meant there was always the background white noise of the fans, which you eventually got used to and didn't hear anymore. No supplies. There was not dish soap or coffee filters, and only one roll of toilet paper, which meant that you have to buy all of these things at the store downstairs. We own a short term rental and would never consider renting a place and not providing some of these essentials for a guests stay. Only warm water showers, never hot. Shower head is very low, even for shorter people.

Everything just wonderful. Desk personnel really went extra mile.

Can’t think of one thing I didn’t like.

The property has access to two nice beaches, the restaurant has good food options/service and the pool area had lounge chairs/tables/shade. The view from the balcony is amazing.

The view from the room was beautiful.

The bed was comfortable. The sheets were comfortable but too small for the bed. The bedspread needs to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom needs improvement. The tile in the shower and tile floors need replacing... The electrical outlet does not work in the bathroom. So blow drying hair and shaving in the bathroom is not an option.. also, the rusted things in the bathroom and kitchen area are not very appealing for showering and cooking. The floors need a good cleaning, and polishing the adobe tiles would go a long way to making it comfortable. I know you're in this to make money. But having a comfortable space and making small improvements would make people's stay better. I didn't want to stay in the condo during the day because it wasn't appealing to me . Cleaning the floors several times a day didn't make me desirable. I'm not a Compliane, but this space has problems . We are fixing up a house with a lot more square feet.then you studio condo, realizing then unless we do the improvements we are are not going to attract buyers.

The property is amazing. Older authentic Mexican complex with the most amazing views, pool, store and restaurant on site. Public transportation and taxis/ubers readily available.

Maybe add a few extra lounge chairs by the pool

The room is dated and worn. The mattress was terrible, the bathroom has corroded fixtures, the hairdryer did not work. Time to spend some money.

The balcony was perfect for enjoying the beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and having a restaurant in the complex was good and when they have music it’s wonderful. Also, having a bus stop right across the street was great to get into town.

I think it would be a good idea to have a sponge and some dishwashing liguid so one could wash ones dishes along with some salt and pepper or a few spices. All in all it was a good place and we enjoyed ourselves.
