Loved the views from the balcony.

The accommodation needs updating urgently. Almost everything is old and tatty and need upgrading/replacing. Things don't last forever. Rusty, dirty, broken, tatty - we don't expect this when we go on holiday- I would rather pay more for better quality. Bathroom need completely replacing, throw out everything and start again. The tiles, the bath, everything needs replacing. You need to spend 10K and bring the whole apartment into the present century. I am not unhappy with price I paid, but I would prefer to pay more and have a more acceptable standard of accommodation.

"We have stayed at the Girasol Sur many times, never again! We actually should receive a refund"

The restaurant is excellent. Wait staff was very friendly and efficient. Excellent food. I have stayed at the Girasol Sur many times and this was by far the worst room I have ever had. Very disappointed. As I said we had to purchase our own toilet paper. The front desk would not supply us.

Unclean room. Elevator not working. We were there for 2 days before someone offered us the service elevator. We were on the fifth floor. Not enough towels. Maid service was never offered. Sheets and bed were terrible. Plug in bathroom not working. Tv not working. Man at front desk was not helpful and had a nasty attitude.
