B50 - Main Square Apartment in Lagos

L’appartamento si trova in centro a pochissimi passa dai ristoranti e dai negozi.

Il check in era dalle 17 alle 19. Siamo arrivati alle 18.30 e la casa non era ancora pronta. Siamo entrati in casa e stavano pulendo la casa in quel momento.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war im Büro, nicht weit vom Feriendomiziel. Die jungen Leute dort waren nett. Die Wohnung war sauber und super gelegen. Absolut zentral. Sie war schlicht und einfach aber mehr braucht man auch nicht. Ich würde auf jedenfall wieder die wohnung buchen.

Es war sehr wenig Geschirr dort. Ich glaube es hätte für 4 Personen nicht gereicht. Da wir immer auswärts gegessen haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Aber sollte man dort als Familie mit Kindern auch kochen wollen bräuchte man etwas mehr Geschirr. Nur als kleiner Tip.

NADA. Simplesmente HORRIVEL.

Vou colocar por pontos para facilitar. Não se deixem enganar pelas fotos. 1 - localização Sem estacionamento perto e tudo pago. Muito barulho dia e noite. 2 - apartamento ASSUSTADOR. Paguei a estadia e mudei na primeira noite. A entrada é horrível de velha. Não me senti segura de nenhuma forma. Ficava cerca de 10m a tentar abrir a porta que, pelos vistos, já está assim a alguns anos 3 - limpeza Aqui nem se fala. No pouco que contava sentia sujidade. As camas com uns lençóis ultra finos que nem o colchão tinha proteção. A sanita com cabelos da última suposta limpeza que fizeram. Na sala atrás do sofá, uma toalha imunda nem imagino de quê porque não toquei. Pedi para que tirassem a toalha, são todos muito simpáticos pelo telefone, mas nada fizeram. Se vão a contar com apoio da suposta imobiliária, esqueçam. Falando ainda que tinha 3 amostras de gel de banho na qual uma delas já estava utilizada. Cuidado onde ligam os carregadores ou tomadas, correm risco de choque. Isto são apenas alguns pontos. Não queiram ver todos.

The property is located very centrally in the old town. Very close by on foot to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the marina. The real estate office is nearby and the check-in process was smooth.

The keys that were handed to us were extremely difficult to use. We spent one hour trying to unlock the door. We tried to receive support from the real estate reception, but they could only send someone over about half an hour later and by then we had already managed to get in. We had the keys replaced the second day, but we were not informed about the time we will be handed the new ones.

Localização e do espaço.

Da falta de acesso à Internet, e também de estar 3 dias sem TV, acho que devia ser recompensado, e reclamar a situação uma vez que faz parte das condições do apartamento, acesso à Wi-Fi e TV.

Sem televisão, sem internet, pouco isolamento, o chão não estava bem limpo. Não corresponde as fotografias.
