The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, and beautifully decorated.

Apartment has a lot of street noise until 12:30 pm. You have to pick up the keys at DREAM Algarve, whose google site listed it as closed on Thursday, and did not answer their phone, but it was open. The stuff tried to be helpful, but they did not give good directions. The apartment is in a pedestrian only area and it was difficult to transport luggage from the street. The staff said it was #9 but is actually say #13 on a ticket office with a dark hallway next to a bank. They should at the very least have a photo to the entrance. They also failed to indicate and failed to answer the phone about what floor/apartment number it was only after numerous attempts. Entry was dark and it was impossible to close/lock the building door. We also were asked about parking in non-permitted sections and they directed us to the bus station where parking was full. A waiter told us about the ample free parking lot just a few blocks above DREAM Algarve, so we moved our car at 9:30 at night.

Location if you like being right at all the action.

Be sure to read other reviews about this apartment. The negative reviews are spot on. Internet WiFi never worked. Advertised with free public parking but that is misleading. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Very gross with a family of 4. Shower flooded bathroom. Supplied 1 hotel size bar of soap for our family of 4 staying 3 nights. Supplied half a roll of toilet paper. We had to go out and purchase soap and toilet paper. No ventilation and the flooding of bathroom is causing mold that is painted over. This apartment is owned by a large company with many properties and they couldn’t care less about the renters. But, if you’re wanting to party late and just use the pad to pass out in, then it’s probably for you.

Very big appartment in the center.

In December it was cold inside - no heating. Showering caused the water all over the bathroom. The free parking is about 800 m away, we got it in December, but not sure for the season months.

Nice and big apartment! Comfortable and good location. Has a washing machine and drying rack as well.

The toilet shower area will have water spilling out and it floods the whole bathroom including leaking outside the bathroom.
