B50 - Main Square Apartment in Lagos

Location in the city center.

There is no sound insulation in the apartments. Everything that happens on the street in the middle of the night happens right in the apartments. Neither of the two routers was working - there was no Internet. In the bathroom, all the drains were clogged and the water did not drain normally, the water flows out of the shower straight to the floor, flooding everything.

Location was good in Lagos main area.

Our initial experience at B50 within the first 48hrs consisted of multiple power outages due to bad electrical, no internet or tv, and a shower design that caused flooding in the bathroom where we had to keep the mop and bucket handy to immediately soak up all the water. After three visits to the Dream Algarve office, a rep came to observe the unit and immediately agreed there was a power issue, and we should have been moved to another unit. With that support, the Dream Algarve office gave us an alternate apartment in the same area. Thankfully, that allowed us to have a better vacation stay. Unfortunately, we cannot give any good comments about the office staff as they were condescending, uncaring, and were blatantly uninterested in addressing our concerns.
