The place looks like the pictures, it has that charm of a classic Tunisian courtyard house. The facilities were clean, the roof terrace was an added bonus with great views. Located in a traditional neighborhood of the medina. The cleaning lady was very nice and accomodating

Our room had a sewer smell, though the rest of the place did not. There is no on site parking as advertised, it is just first come first serve in a public lot 300 m. from the hotel. The breakfast was small

Breakfast experience was under the expectations (cold eggs, few items, old bread, etc..)

We booked an apartment with 2 beds. What we got was a bed and then a loft with a steep ladder to a space that had a sleeping pad - not even a mattress. We had to use the cushion from the couch as added padding upstairs. Location was just okay.

Great location and the staff really put hearts in what they do. Very kind and room is spacious. Nice courtyard as well.

Quite old facilities, room has a major leak on the wall and paint was falling on our pillows every night. Towels were VERY old and worn out so we had to get our own. Breakfast is also very minimal but again Aziz (you at reception) was very kind and made our staying more pleasant

The house was gorgeous- authentic and beautifully decorated. Aziz the manager was so attentive and welcoming. We were sent helpful videos to facilitate an easy arrival. Super friendly and would recommend to anyone. Great location near to the medina and lots of free parking nearby.
