Very large and comfortable room in the medina. Staff was friendly, and I appreciated the flexibility with check in/out. Good heater to keep you warm in the winter months.

Great location. Easy to find through west gate’s entrance. They sent me a video in advance of where to walk to get to the guest house. My room was nice. Views from the rooftop are endless. I had the pleasure of meeting Beyram’s dad who owns the guest house. He’s a humble man and we had a great conversation. Breakfast is continental.

We booked a room 2 weeks in advance and once we got there in the evening they said that the hotel was overbooked and someone, who came the nigh before, was staying in our room. They made us go to another of their location that was not well maintained, dirty and run down. I booked specifically for the pictures and the first location seemed clean and was as shown in the pictures. We asked for a complimentary breakfast and overall the staff was very nice but even if we were communicated the morning before our arrival they never mentioned this issue. As we had been traveling for about 6 hours, we decided to stay just because we were too tired, but if I had known, I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else. I think this is an isolated issue and the hotel we originally booked seemed great.

The guest House is amazing and the best place to stay in the old medina of Sousse Bayrem is very charming and handsome 😍

Very nice hotel with lovely typical decoration. The room was comfortable although quite humid (presumably because of the seaside). Breakfast was good. Very nice rooftop terrace. Would recommend for your stay in Sousse.

It is in the Medina and a beautiful place. Newly decoratet. The breakfast is super good and there is a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. The staff is lovely and very helpfull.

The main bed is good, but the matras of the bed upstairs is very thin (hard).

The sheets weren't ironed, and gave the feeling that are used. Although the room was very clean, this lowered the experience. Also the location was really bad. The medina is very dirty, and walking around is not pleasant. The room though is totally different than that.
