Nikola's & Joanna's apartments

The apartment was lovely, the best one that we stayed in for our entire trip of two weeks. It was clean, well configured and modern with many great features. Everything worked perfectly. There were many gifts of coffee, tea, fruit, and other groceries, more than we received anywhere else. Our host Nikola was amazing, we locked ourselves out of the apartment twice, and he was so helpful and gracious, despite being inconvenienced.

Would recommend the establishment invests in a new / better quality mattress for the bed.

The kitchen is well equipped and everything is almost new.. The bed is confortable. Good location for walking over the hill to the beaches or into town. Good supermarket nearby.

The apartment doesn't have much light being on the ground floor. The above shower head needs replacing, most of the nozzles are blocked, otherwise plenty of hot water and good pressure.

Beautifully presented flat, everything worked as intended and the host Nikola was fantastic.

The location is slightly further out from the centre, however this will affect some more than others. We enjoyed the walk past shops, bars etc.

Modern studio very well equiped. Location is fine, near the restaurants. Parking place near the property.

Great location around a 10 minute walk from the centre of Argostoli. We never had an issue parking outside. The apartment had everything you could need for a stay including air conditioning and a very modern bathroom. Netflix was also available which was great. The hosts also always replied very quickly. Thank you.

The only downside was the bed was quite springy - not the best quality mattress but wasn’t too uncomfortable.

Clean, well maintained, quiet and good location. Welcome pack was very welcoming.

Parking was not always easy. Although outside setting was provided, it would mean sitting on a narrow shared walkway.

This apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated with all the amenities, super clean and new! (so clean that i felt bad not to keep it that way!) Great hospitality by the hosts, a fridge full of staff (water, juice, ingredients to make breakfast, fruits etc.) and a great location just a few minutes walking distance from the city center. I loved the place, for sure it is better and cleaner than a five star hotel room 😊😊 totally recommend it ❤️
