Nikola's & Joanna's apartments

The apartment is equipped with everything you need,very clean and spacious. Perfect location,everything is within walking distance.

There is nothing that you might find bad with this place. Everything is good here.

Very nice and clean apartment. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Argostoli. We had an early flight and Nikola let us check in earlier, which we greatly appreciated! Good location, close to the bus terminal.

My only complaint is the mattress in the bedroom, it's very soft and low.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and close to all major shops, cafe's and attractions. Nikola was very welcoming upon arrival and we had fruit, water and 2 cans of beer which on a hot day was great 👍 the beach umbrella also came in handy. There were cleaning products and washing machine capsules.

Absolutely amazing apartment and hosts! My flight was delayed and the hosts were waiting outside for me when I finally arrived. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you might require, ie. Iron, coffee maker and washing machine. Plenty of towels and super comfy bed. Provision of fruit juice, water, and complimentary toiletries on arrival. The hosts were always just a phone call away and answered my questions immediately. Probably the best place I have stayed at in Argostoli and I will definitely be back!

Spacious, Clean, modern flat and Located in a safe and central neighbourhood in heart of Argostoli. Host- Nikolas was super friendly, accommodating and professional. Met us upon arrival to give us keys (allowed us to check in early and check out late w/ no penalties). Nikolas takes great care in maintaining and cleaning his home. Water- hot water and excellent pressure. AC in each main and bedroom Washer - extremely convenient. Drying rack provided. Location- extremely close to the main strip of restaurants, bakery and harbour. Central location and in heart of Argostoli. Free coffee, tea, juice, water and fruit basket upon arrival- Excellent touch :) Linens- plentiful Shampoo/body wash/ vanity kits provided :) Kitchen amenities - plentiful/complete. full sized appliances WIFI- fast and reliable

Bed- a mattress pad or foam topper would have made the bed more comfier to us. (To each their own though)

Great apartment with everything you need. Also very clean. The hosts are very kind and friendly. Location is very good, close to city center. I definitely recommend it! 😁
