Nothing to not like

Homely, clean, modern, stylish. Lots of extra’s - coffee machine, streaming services, Wi-Fi. TVs in bedrooms, towels etc Excellent location n the park. Very, Very Good Value.

I can’t think of anything - it was everything we needed, wanted and more!

It was lovely caravan in a good location on the site. Perfect for us and a dog. The beach is fantastic. The caravan was well kept and clean. We only stayed for one night so didn’t use any of the site facilities. Great communication from Ollie.

The property was amazing, definitely a home away from home. It was clean and tidy, very welcoming. They’ve thought of everything!! We will definitely be back!

Nothing at all we loved our stay!

25A Pine Ridge - stunning caravan, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, smelt lovely (it didn’t have that typical caravan smell) and it had everything we could have needed for our short but sweet stay. It’s in a great location and not to far to walk to the main complex. We were only here for a night but wish we could have stayed longer. We were all sad to leave so soon. Thank you so much for our stay :-)

The place was lovely Very clean Had everything you needed The coffee machine was a great touch The decor very modern We loved how close we were to everything right in the middle to go to the amusements and the funfair. Our kids loved it the place was so cosy we will definitely return and recommend Ollie was there to help with anything we needed

Tooth brush holder not overly clean

It was a standard English on-site caravan. It was clean. It had parking next to van. The van is located in a VERY large holiday complex. It has lots of facilities. We were only there for 1 night so we didn't use any of them. The holiday complex is on the top of a tall cliff. There may be a shorter way to get down to the beach which we didn't find but if the way we found is the only way down it is a long way to the beach.

This isn't a negative comment. Just helpful advice for future visitors. (1) It was listed as 25A. The sign on van and in maps of property said A25. (2) You drive down road A and the last number is A23. Confusion. A25 is across the cross street. Item (1) may no longer be a problem because when I stayed there about 3 months ago I mentioned it to owner and he said he would correct listing.
