This property is a trap. The listing is completely misrepresented and misleading—the photos are deceptive, and the actual accommodation is filthy, unsafe, and unfit for guests. There were no curtains in the bedrooms or bathrooms, broken toilets, non-functional and filthy air-conditioners, dirty carpets, exposed and hazardous extension cords, and rubbish left behind doors. We were forced to vacate after just one night and secure alternative accommodation at our own expense. The phone number listed on the Booking.com profile is disconnected, leaving no way to contact anyone when issues arise. You are essentially scammed with no recourse. The property manager, Shaun, initially acknowledged the issues and agreed to a refund—but has since gone completely silent, refusing to take any responsibility. Booking.com has also failed to protect us as guests, releasing the funds during an active dispute and has provided no real support. This listing exists to exploit people. Avoid at all costs!

The property is well located and came at a reasonable price. The rooms are large and all bedrooms have bathrooms. The housekeeper is pleasant and amenable.

The house very badly maintained. There are serious design flaws and half the aircons don’t work. Shaun promised to sort them out then ghosted us for all of our stay. There was waste water leaks through the ceiling and the pool is grungy and turned green. One of the bathrooms is totally visible from the entire street at night without tinting and blinds.

Ample space to accommodate a diverse group of people. Great indoor and outdoor areas for socializing.

It was spacious and a lovely place, and the house accommodated all of us.

The maintenance of the furniture can be maintained a bit more, and some should be improved or replaced
