very comfy and clean. well laid with good facilities. the host was good and kept informed . on the sea front. the kitchen was good and the washer dryer really helpful

The flat is in a beautiful location and we had no issues finding it. The flat was clean and can be warmed up quickly, the bed was really comfortable. The kitchen had lots of equipment with a descent kettle, oven and what looks to be a new fridge. The lounge was nice to chill out in and we enjoyed the flat itself.

What let this flat down was the noise from the neighbours above. The flat appears to have once been a house which has been separated into two units up and down. We could hear them walking around, the kettle boiling, their dog barking when they went out, the washing machine spinning at 10pm wasn't the best after a very long day of sightseeing. On this basis, although the flat was great, we would.not return here as we enjoy peace and quiet where we stay. The frying pan needs replacing and we only seemed to get hot water for washing up for 2 minutes then it would go cold. The flat is pretty damp but maybe that's just what happens next to the sea.

Lovely location with a compact flat for use. Everything you need is there.

Really clean and comfortable modern accommodation in a fisherman's cottage. Very well equipped. We had our car with us and so had no problem getting around Orkney, but there is a good public transport system.

Can't say I didn't like anything

Quiet and convenient location. Good parking. Everything you need in a flat. Orkney is an amazing place, well worth a visit.
