Tak sangka seteruk ini penginapan kami. Tiada disediakan kopi teh gula, malah toiletries pun tiada di sediakan. Air mineral pun tiada. Katil single bukan katil tapi bench chair yg diorang bagi. Parking pun berbayar tak penah tido hotel parkir berbayar oiiii!!! Pastu staff layan macam nak taknak je dalam whatsapp. Memang teruk serius!!!

"Nice Accommodation, Shower Needs Attention"

I enjoyed my stay at The Pines. The swimming pool was comfortable and relaxing. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped with complete amenities, including a prayer mat. Cleanliness was excellent, including clean pillowcases. Overall, a pleasant stay🫰🥰

One downside was the shower water in the bathroom, which was extremely hot to the point of steaming. I tried adjusting the setting to cool, but the water remained too hot and could not be used. The same issue occurred at the sink, as the water was also very hot. I am not sure whether this was due to incorrect adjustment or a technical issue, but I hope the staff can check on this. Additionally, there was no additional safety lock on the door.🙂😌
