Hôtel plutôt bien placé avec un accès à la rivière par l’arrière de l’hôtel, c’est très pratique pour rejoindre rapidement la ville. Parfaite communication avec l’hôte via whatsapp, il y a une pièce pour laver le linge ce qui est très pratique. Belle piscine sur le toit. Un restaurant et un petit commerce vendant tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin juste au pied de l’hôtel.

Le seul bémol est le fait que nous n’ayons pas accès à la salle de sport qui est réservé au client de l’hôtel car nous séjournons à l’intérieur de l’hôtel mais la chambre est gérée par un autre prestataire.

Positive points: The sofa and bed were soft and comfortable, which made resting pleasant. The hotel is located behind the residential area along the Melaka River and is within walking distance to the Melaka River Cruise, which is very convenient Easy check in and check out

Areas for improvement: The floor was slippery and slightly oily, which could be a safety concern. There was a power trip issue, and the root cause was unclear. Parking is required across the road from the residential area, with an overnight parking fee of approximately RM12.50, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The family studio unit is spacious with a sitting area and a small dining area with sink. We like the spaciousness, thoughtful layout and cleanliness. We had a beautiful view of the river and it was quiet too for restful sleep. Check-in and other stay instructions given via WhatsApp were also clear. No bottled water in the room but instructions given to get filtered water on the 8th floor. We were there to spend time with an elderly friend so we mostly stayed in. Food-wise, LeyPark cafe and Wong Kok food court just opposite were convenient for us to eat and pack food without needing the car. It was nice to take a stroll by the river too. Overall, it was a very good experience. Amanjiwa 99R's hospitality is excellent. Thank you!

Parking had to be in the opposite building to save costs. Had to drive up 8-10 levels for visitor parking. Once parked, we didn't use the car till check-out the next day. Thankful, though, to have this option for parking in the city. And thankful that the ramps are wide and easy to navigate.
