"Thé appartement was nice and the location was good"

Location was good

Noise from neighboring apartment and from stairwell. Gas ran out so no hot water for showers. Gas was renewed quickly but when had showers the water was not hot, only warm. The heating wasn’t sufficient in the apartment.

In general the apartment is good, in the city center, everything is close.

The air conditioner worked very poorly and the door handles were weak. The entrance door to the entrance is locked only with a key. There were no hooks for hanging clothes. And there were no essentials like soap, rag, powder, etc. And the mattress was a bit dirty!

"good location but there could be more attentive service"

very central location

bedrooms only had windows facing the lounge or communal landing, with little ventilation. staff didn’t respond to messages about storing luggage
