Great communication from host, good value, good facilities on the caravan park, comfortable beds, great base for a short family holiday.

Nothing. Minor comment is that sofas look a bit stained. It's a dog friendly caravan (and we took ours) but this may be a bit off-putting for some.

Great location for catching ferry to France. Lovely site, had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our single night there

Lovely little caravan with patio doors straight onto deck with rattan furniture, the children absolutely loved eating on the decking in the sun! One of our party has chronic pain and usually struggles on holidays because of beds/sofas however 10/10 from him, he slept well enough each night and even dozed off on the sofa during our lazy rainy day. We loved the drawer full of games, came in perfect for the one very rainy day we had! Just the perfect size for a family with young-ish children! (Ours are 9 and soon to be 7). On such a lovely site too, no complaints at all on any aspect of the holiday! Second time we've been to Oakdene and it's just perfect, not too busy, but busy enough to have a great atmosphere! I've asked the family about the caravan and it was a resounding "amazing" all round, the children especially loved the pack of choc chip cookies upon arrival! They're already asking when I am re-booking!

Caravan had everything we needed, very clean and well presented. The site is smaller than the bigger ones. It was nice and relaxed but had everything you needed. Easy to gain access on arrival via email and messages from Poppy, I added an extra person to the booking, and Poppy sorted out another Entertainment pass, with no problem, also had a bottle of prosecco and lovely biscuits on our arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here. Lovely park, with Poole and Bournemouth in 20 minutes away.

TV channels not so good, couldn't watch a lot of the channels because of signal.

The property was clean and sufficient for a growing family of four. Both the site and location is great. The children loved using the swimming pool and you are a short drive away to great beaches and amenities. Great value. Highly recommend.

Lovely caravan, in a very nice and quiet holiday park with good facilities. Everything is provided and is warm and very comfortable. Poppy our host is really friendly, and very accommodating.
