Perfect location for all facilities. Very powerful shower and comfortable beds.

Awesome location and very nice couple solved our issue quickly. Beautiful setup. My family loved it.

There were a bit of ants in the last room other than that it was a perfect stay.

The bed

The toilet wasn’t flushed when arrived. The tap in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t close the curtains. Stains on sofa and Matt. And whole of caravan had bad odour

Shower, the space, the facilities, outside seating, dog friendly, forest walks. All things neat and tidy.

All good. Bear in mind that its a mobile home and not a hotel room and you'll not be disappointed.

Only one thing couldn't get the TV on its but all over channels good otherwise couldn't thought it

It was overall clean and quiet environment and family friendly and my boys loved the welcome cookies

This is just me as a person not great fun of caravans as they are harder to keep the damp smell out specially when they are closed for more than a day; good thing it airs out quickly when you live the windows open for a bit. And the other thing that is harder to manage in the caravans is the cleaning of the sofas; which can cause some smell with time. Other than that, beds and kitchen and bathroom were spotless

Absolutely gem of a find. Best night sleep I've had in a long time! On the doorstep to a beautiful new forest walk which our doggo loved too. We will be back!

We had a good stay, beds were really comfortable. A good spot, ideal if you bring the dog as the forest is just across the road. Passes were included, which was great.

Nothing not to like, except when it rains, very noisy on the roof
