Spotless and central to what we wanted

Shower cubicle was a struggle to shut

Great value for money, good location

i got the keys but had to wait till 15.00

the lift didnt work on occasions. The air con was not working properly, the shower door needs replacing.

Had a lovely stay at apartamentos Niza,it has everything you need including hair dryer, toaster, iron and board, and induction hob, alongside the other facilities that are in the apartment, great central location 5 minutes walk to the beach, would definitely recommend especially for the value for money, would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in the heart of the action and some 200 meters from Lavante beach. There are a couple of shops right next to it, and there are also large markets at a distance of 1 km. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is located on the tenth floor and has a perfect direct view of the sea. Cooperation with Andrei was perfect, to be commended. He didn't charge us for late check-in, even though check-in is until 11pm. To be praised.
