Location was perfect, looking down the strip and out to sea as well, balcony Huge with great views.

lift from ground to level 9 was odd side and ground to upper levels, seems there can only be either side on the move, but never both, so sometimes had to press even side to get up

Fantastic location. Loved the huge balcony. Very clean and inviting when arrived.

The lift for the odd number floors was not working the whole of our 6 night stay, which created a problem as we had to walk 1 floor down to get the other lift, and at night the stairwell is unlit. Plus, carrying our suitcases up on arrival and down on exit was tough.

Lifts weren't working most days, but Silvia always sorted any problems.
