Comfortable bed. Staff helpful.

The shower in the room we were allocated had no temperature control so was boiling hot. We were moved to an adjoining room which unfortunately was quite noisy with road noise. The shower in the alternative room squirted water over the bathroom floor as all the holes in the head weren't properly flowing. We had to mop up with towels which weren't automatically replaced the following day. There was also no spare toilet roll.

The location is good with parking reasonably easy nearby. Nice spacious room. Very clean

The shower sprays out in all directions and not directly down so difficult to wash my hair. Very limited food on the menu.

On the details on booking it said yes to parking it should have said parking on roadside , there was not many areas to park so details should be more specific on booking with booking.com

The room was lovely, with a good size bed, lots of room, clean and just what we needed. All the staff were really helpful.

Takes a long time to get into Central London.
