Excellent. We feel at home there and very well taken care of. Excellent.

spacious, comfortable and light room, clean and new bathroom

nobody came to make beds, clean bathroom or refill coffee/tea/water station not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, nobody available to call, had to go and buy some

the bed was very comfy.

teas and coffees were provided but no kettle. a small bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner was provided but no hand soap. room was very hot and only 1 window opened a very small amount.

The room was bright, cleaned & v comfortable but was on the 4th floors. We couldn’t manage to go up again so we checked out within 3hrs hours. Spoke to Jake who understood our problems & kindly fully refunded us. He also help to carry luggage’s. His staff was also very helpful & understanding. It was quiet when we were there but was lovely atmosphere. Thank you Jake for all your help & understanding our problems

As described- but no breakfast & no parking actually on the roadside. Rooms are on the 4th floor n has no lift. Whoever is responsible for putting descriptions on Booking .com should correct it.

Because of scaffolding outside the windows, getting air in on an exceptionally hot day was impossible. Fortunately a table fan was provided, but the lack of air flow made resting very difficult. (think a ceiling fan might be required for summer months) I was warned that there might be a problem with the temperature of the water in the shower … basically there was NO cold water, so it was impossible to take a shower without risk of scalding. Even in the sink, the cold water was lukewarm unless run for a long time. There was a long dusty spider web hanging from the tall ceiling just inside the room

We chose this because of the location; it’s a five minute walk to our daughter’s house. It was perfect! Jake couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating, and we were very comfortable in our queen room.

It might be a bit hot in the summertime with no air con, but that was not a problem for us in late April.

No breakfast. Great location. Wonderful staff. Good facilities. Great bathroom.

Our bedroom was at the front, 3rd floor above the main road - terrible road noise that badly disturbed sleep
