Super friendly welcome, great room with a very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Easy arrangements to get in and out of the property.

A couple of minor teething problems but they have only been in charge of the pub for less than two months!

Great location to the crystal palace bowl. Bed was very comfortable and staff lovely.

Underneath the bed was very dirty and we'd only been given one toilet roll. As its not a hotel, there was no reception to request more.. We had to go over to Tesco and buy more ourselves as there was no one there.

The room was spacious and light. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean with hot running water. The bar staff downstairs were very friendly. We went for a gig at Crystal Palace Park. Which was about a 15min stroll from the pub. After we got back late and hungry, the kindly cooked us burger and chips at 11pm, which was amazing and hit the spot.

It was 30 degrees when we went and the room had 2 fans and no air con but its the UK so we are kind of use to it. The room was hot.

The room was lovely and very clean with a nice view from the window. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We’ve not visited the area before and was really impressed. We can’t wait to come back

The staff were very kind and helpful. It looked like both the pub and the rooms had been newly renovated - I could tell a lot of effort had been put in to make the stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and lots of amenities in the room. It was a good sized room and had a good night's sleep.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Really my only complaint.
